Promoting Accessible Customer Service
Beginning January 1, 2010, the Erie St. Clair Community Care Access Centre will be fully compliant with the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Ontario Regulation 429/07, under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
This means that the Erie St. Clair Community Care Access Centre is committed to creating an accessible and responsive customer service environment to meet the needs of persons with disabilities. This includes ensuring our offices are designed as accessible spaces, and our customer service and communication is equally accessible to all members of the public.
Upon request, we may provide you with information about our practices and our policy and procedure documents regarding Ontario Regulation 429/07. For contact information please see below.
