 | Daniel Burns - Chief Executive Officer Daniel Burns comes to the OACCAC with past experience as Deputy Minister of Health and Long Term Care in 2000 to 2002, where he was responsible for the largest health organization in Canada, with a budget of $22 billion. During this period, Mr. Burns was also a member of the Boards of Directors of the Canadian Institute for Health Information and Canada Health Infoway. Mr. Burns currently serves in either a director or trustee role for several corporations, teaches at several Canadian universities and regularly consults in matters of public policy and public administration. In his consultancy role, he has provided advice and support to all three levels of government, to industry associations, and to private companies. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners. Added to his already extensive public service contributions are previous posts as Deputy Minster at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade, and Tourism, as well as Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. |

 | Sharon Baker - Chief, - Corporate Affairs & eHealth Strategy Sharon leads Finance and Administration, Privacy and Security, Organizational Performance Accountability and Risk, and eHealth Strategy. She supports governance programs, as well as business applications such as the Members Portal and FSMS for the 14 CCACs. With significant external commitment, she supports CCACs Corporate Services on matters related to funding and Finance and builds strong relationships with members and partners. Sharon is an experienced leader and decision maker in governance, business assessment and management. For eight years, Sharon was VP, Corporate Services and CFO at the Ontario Hospital Association responsible for finance, accounting, human resources and information technology. During her 8 years as an independent consultant, she gained varied experience with not-for-profit associations in health care, health care providers and private sector organizations, applying and honing her in-depth knowledge of strategic management and operational execution in a shared services environment. Immediately prior to joining OACCAC in January 2010, Sharon was the Interim Executive Director, Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) Shared Services Office. |

 | Lisa Droppo - Chief, - Analytics, Policy and Programs Lisa and her team support the 14 member CCACs as they work collectively on activities and projects in the areas of client services, policy and research, communications, performance management and accountability including procurement, information management and education. Lisa plays a significant role in strategic projects and partnerships with other health care associations. Lisa has worked in the healthcare sector for over 20 years holding leadership roles in teaching, acute, rehabilitation and continuing care hospitals and in the community in Canada and the UK. She has published in the area of patient safety and risk management. |

 | Jane Corbet - Chief, - Human Resources and Organization Development Jane leads Human Resources and Organization Development on a wide variety of provincial strategic and operational initiatives with the CCACs to support business transformation and promote and address labour relations, organizational development and human resources matters. This involves close partnerships with the CCACs and ongoing relationships with external stakeholders. Jane also leads the internal OACCAC human resources team. As the OACCAC Strategic HR/LR Lead, Jane coordinated the first central bargaining processes for the CCACs along with human resources initiatives related to business transition projects. Prior to joining the OACCAC in October 2010, Jane led her own health care focused consulting practice including various projects with the CCACs to support the establishment of the 14 CCACs. Prior to her consulting practice, Jane held a number of executive positions in the Ontario Public Service. |

 | Dave McLelland - Chief, - Technology Officer As senior director, Dave McLelland has run the OACCAC Business Technology Solutions group for the past 3 years. This includes the Project Management Office (PMO), Product Management, Business Analysis, Architecture, Software Development and Quality Assurance. He has provided leadership in the development and implementation of CCAC and eHealth Ontario initiatives including the development and deployment of CHRIS and HPG. Dave has been serving the CCACs as a member of the OACCAC since May 1, 2007. First, as a consultant and then as an employee since Jan 1, 2008. Dave has more than 20 years of experience in product development and has worked for companies such as Bell Canada, Nortel Networks and several start-up companies before joining the OACCAC. |
