The CCAC Board of Directors is recruiting new Members

Community Care Access Centres are:

  • Comprised of 14 local CCAC organizations across the province to manage local care.
  • Funded and legislated by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
  • Connectors to home care, long-term care destinations, and other services in your community.

Caregiver Recognition Awards


Heroes in the Home Caregiver Recognition Awards were presented to individuals, including family members, friends, volunteers and health care professionals, whose kindness and comittment allows many people to live full lives in their communities, despite the limitations of age, illness, or disability.
