Board Meetings

All board of directors meetings are opened to the public. Please call in advance if you wish to attend a board meeting at 613 745 8124 ext. 5989 or 1 800 538 0520.

Board of Directors Policies (Number: V-B-7)

All meetings of the Board of Directors will be open and accessible to the public except where the Corporations Act (or Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care) allows the Board to meet in-camera.

Notice of times and dates will posted on the Champlain CCAC website.

Delegations and Presentations

Individuals and groups wanting the opportunity to present to the Board of Directors must submit a written request, at least 10 business days prior to the date of the Board meeting, to the office of the CEO. The request must include a summary of the intent of the delegation and the presentation materials.

The Board Chair and the CEO will assess and prioritize the requests. Written confirmation of attendance, if approved, will be provided to the individual or group making the request. The Board Chair has the sole authority to confirm or deny the request.

Any one delegation or presentation will be limited to a maximum of ten minutes unless otherwise agreed by the Board Chair and CEO.

The meetings will be called to order at noon and will be held at the Labelle Head Office unless noted in the meeting dates below. After the meeting, the public documents and presentations distributed will be available on our Web site.
