Patient Declaration of Values

As part of the NSM CCAC’s Vision to provide Outstanding Care - Every Person, Every Day we are very pleased to share our Patient Declaration of Values which was developed in consultation with clients, caregivers, stakeholders and the community.

The Patient Declaration of Values is in keeping with the Excellent Care for All Act and the NSM CCAC’s goal to put Clients First in the provision of high quality, safe health care to our clients and community.
