Margaret Mottershead
Chief Executive Officer

Since 2007 Margaret has been the CEO of the Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres, which represents 14 Community Care Access Centres across the Province. Prior to this, Margaret was the President of Mottershead & Associates Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in health care. In this role Margaret has provided executive, management and negotiations expertise to several large health care initiatives.

Margaret has been Chief Negotiator for the Ontario Government on contract negotiations with the medical profession on alternate payment plans for all specialists in 2 Academic Health Sciences Centres, and hundred of specialists in regional programs across the province (including regional geriatric program, medical and radiation oncologists). She was also the Project Manager for the CCAC Alignment Project that saw Ontario’s 42 CCACs transformed to 14 new CCACs in 2007. Margaret is a former Deputy Minister of Health, and Senior Assistant Deputy Minister of Health, with many years of experience in public service.


Sharon Baker
Chief Corporate Affairs & Chief Financial Officer
 
Sharon leads Finance and Administration, Human Resources, and Communications, with responsibility for Organizational Performance Metrics/Dashboard, Performance Accountability, Risk and Business Continuity (Emergency) Management and FSMS at the OACCAC. With significant external commitment, she will also support CCACs Finance and Corporate Services and build strong relationships with our members and industry partners. 
 
Sharon is an experienced leader and decision maker in governance, business assessment and management. For eight years, Sharon was VP, Corporate Services and CFO at the Ontario Hospital Association responsible for finance, accounting, human resources and information technology. Her background is varied,  including not-for-profit associations in health care, and private sector organizations.  She is an experienced business executive with in-depth knowledge in strategic management and operational execution in a shared services environment.  Most recently Sharon was the Interim Executive Director, Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) Shared Services Office.
Lisa Droppo
Chief Analytics, Policy and Programs

Lisa and her team support the 14 member CCACs as they work collectively on activities and projects in the areas of client services, policy and research, performance management and accountability including procurement, information management  and education.  Lisa continues to play a significant role in strategic projects and partnerships with other health care associations.

Lisa has worked in the healthcare sector for 17 years holding leadership roles in teaching, acute, rehabilitation and continuing care hospitals and in the community in Canada and the UK. She has published in the area of patient safety and risk management.


Colin Zvaniga
Chief Information Officer

As CIO of the OACCAC, Colin FH Zvaniga assumed responsibility for application development (IS), business technology infrastructure (IT), customer service management (CSM), privacy & security, project management office (PMO) as well as technology governance practices.  He directs their e-health strategy and has delivered several leading edge technology enabled solutions to the province.

Colin FH Zvaniga began serving in Sr. Management for the Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centers June, 2007. He has more than 15 years of experience leading technology operations and initiatives across large-scale, complex, international organizations. He is the former Chief Technology Officer for AirIQ Inc with teams in Toronto, Vancouver, Los Angeles and San Diego and Mexico. As such, he managed the development of technology strategies for telematics internationally. He served as a member of AirIQ’s senior management team from 2002 through 2007.
