Upcoming Request for Prequalification
The OACCAC issues a Request for Prequalification and the notice of renewal twice annually; in June and December. Notices will be posted on MERX during June and December and results posted here on the OACCAC website in August and February of each year.
Process for Renewal of Prequalified Status
Prequalified Service Providers will receive a notice within at least one month of their annual renewal date, with directions on the information and forms required for renewal and with the applicable deadlines. It is important that Prequalified Service Providers update their contact information provided in their previous application, whenever it changes.
