South West CCAC Scores Well in Provincial Quality Report

Every year Health Quality Ontario issues a report on the quality of care provided by Community Care Access Centres. The reports are based on indicators from the CCACs’ standardized assessment tool. In the South West we strongly support this process, which helps us focus our quality improvement efforts where they are needed most.
