South West Local Health Integration Network – www.southwestlhin.ca The South West Local Health Integration Network is one of 14 LHINs across Ontario as part of an overall strategy to transform health care. LHINs are responsible for health care planning, funding, allocation and performance reporting in their geographic regions, with the ultimate goal of ensuring that all Ontarians have access to high quality preventive care, treatment and support.

Telehealth Ontario – 1-866-797-0000 Free, confidential access to registered nurses trained to help individuals decide about appropriate options for care. Provides health advice or general health information. Callers can be connected to medication information and health information audiotapes.
HealthyOntario.com A consumer health website operated by the provincial government. A source of health and medical information, health care services available in Ontario, prescription drug information, health assessment tools, advice for healthier living and links to other Ontario health and wellness websites.
