The South West CCAC is a statutory corporation that is funded by the Government of Ontario. We are dedicated to delivering the highest standards in client-driven, community based health care. For us, everything begins with our clients and their families, as we work to provide them with seamless access to information and services such as nursing, rehabilitation therapy, care coordination and home support. Our ultimate goal is to enable our clients to live as healthy as possible. The monthly staff bulletin is available for applicants to view.
