Corporate Governance

Your local CCAC is a community-based, independent organization, funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care through the Central Local Health Integration Network. We are governed by a Board of Directors elected by the community. The Board oversees its own succession and recruits members from the community. Our Chief Executive Officer reports to the Board. Our organization updates the public regularly on our activities.
