OACCAC E-Learning
The Art of Case Management within CCACs e-learning module is a province-wide, cost effective, electronic educational resource, the purpose of which is to assist new staff in advancing their case management skills and to provide refresher material for experienced staff on the same matters.
It is the result of a collaborative effort by educators and experts drawn from the 14 CCACs across the province, as well as academics and the staff of the Ontario Association of Community Care Centres (OACCAC).
Successful completion of The Art of Case Management Within CCACs earns users a Certificate of Completion from Georgian College. To enroll in this program click here. If you are already enrolled, click here to access the "Case Management With CCACs" course.
