12/11/2012 Central CCAC Receives ImagineNation Outcomes Challenge Momentum Award
The Central Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) is pleased to announce it has earned an ImagineNation Outcomes Challenge Momentum Award for its efforts to deliver its innovative Medication Management Support Services (MMSS) to more people in the Central region.

7/3/2012 2012 OACCAC Awards of Excellence

Central CCAC is proud and honoured to win in four of the six award categories given out on June 18 at the OACCAC Knowledge and Inspiration Conference in Toronto.
Central CCAC received the following awards:

  • SYSTEMS PARTNERSHIP AWARD - RM&R Project Implementation Team
  • LEADERSHIP AWARD - Leigh Scott, VP Organizational Health and Performance Improvement
  • CCAC STAFF TEAM AWARD - Accreditation Team
  • CCAC SECTOR STRATEGY AWARD - Provincial Client Care Model Steering Committee

Two Central CCAC staff were also nominated in the following categories:

  • CITIZENSHIP AWARD - Jennifer Scott, Director, Placement Services
  • INDIVIDUAL STAFF AWARD - Tini Le, Director, Client Services

2/1/2011 New Interactive CCAC Quality Report
We are pleased to share with you our first ever interactive CCAC Quality Report. The purpose of this report is to tell the story of where the CCAC sector came from and where we are going in our strategy to continuously improve the quality of care we deliver and the overall client experience for Ontarians who need the care of a CCAC.

12/23/2009 New brochures added (and "About Us" in alternate languages)
To our Brochures section, we've added copies of our "About Us" brochure in Italian, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, Spanish, and Chinese. We've also added brochures for our Child and Family services and for our Balance of Care Program.
